Pyaz nahi to kuch nahi aur masala pyaz mil jaye (unlimited) to khana, khana nahi accompaniment ho jata hai. Enjoy this easy-to-make Dhaba Style laccha Pyaz Salad Recipe.
Ingredients:
Onion (large, peeled) - 5 nos
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Black Salt - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1½ tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Ice cubes - few
Chilled water - ½ lt
Green Chilli chopped - to taste
Lemon - to taste
Coriander chopped - 2 tbsp

In fact, this is the first ever recipe I have made with approximate quantities of Salt, Chilli Powder, etc. And really it was superb!!😋😋 I saw the video of Veg Dum Biryani where you just poured the salt into watervery swiftly.
