The locals/natives of those european countries don't see this thing in good light, it's high time to stop fantasizing about leading quality life in western/asian(especially fully developed) countries and to start building things in your own country which we will comfortably rely on, I mean for how long ? and yeah ofc, such bigger step/initiative might be taken just by electing good leaders and redressing public concernings about all the things around.

If ur good coder then u can work in any country. Problem is coders are way lesser in India % wise. Most are copy paste coders. And they go in IT cuz in idnis only in IT, finance there is good salary. And Mumbai dont have bad pollution. It just due to construction some times pollution is there. also ur talented.
