While I agree with all your other points, but I am really curious as to why we want similar pay like America's.? Salaries are based on Purchasing power and a lot of factors. Of course salary of Microsoft in India will be less than those of America's; but then your expenditure is way less in India than America's. So I don't understand why you talk about 20 lakh salaries in such disdain? A person earning 100,000$ in America lives an equivalent lifestyle to someone who earns 23,00,000Rs in India. And moreover the one in India will get all the freedom like opening a startup, or youtube channel or etc etc. Not everyone wants to move abroad, many people want to work in India and they thrive at 23 lpa well. You are right remote work is a great option as well and it's a option that I look forward to explore.

Bro first learn a language. and solve some recursion, array, and string problems on leetcode. you can start with java (Kunal playlist). While learning java, explore other fields like mobile, web, backend, AI ML, DevOps. List down the pros and cons of that field. Then choose one field and learn. After that, you can contribute to open-source projects. This is my advice. Leetcode is also important. solve 1-2 problems daily. Don't rush while learning, you still have 3 years.

@@ritvikreddy3959 😂what problem solving are you talking about. While doing development also u can learn problem solving u need to fix bugs, plan out the system design and adding functionalities according to the requirement are also problem solving. So u don't need to do CP with development also u can learn problem solving 👍
