I had some horrible ayahuasca ceremonies about 10 years ago. In one of them, I had a kundalini awakening. I have been suffering TERRIBLY for the last 10 years. A real nightmare. I really need help and I cannot get it because I am now broke, bankrupt, on foodstamps, and unable to work more than about 5 hours a week.

I'm so sorry. I am very much in the same boat right now, though my Kundalini hasn't finished yet. What sort of help os it that you need right now?

@@ec4020Thank you. I am sorry you are in the same boat. As regards help, I wish someone could give me some free somatic experiencing therapy sessions maybe. I also need money to sort out my physical health problems.

Thank you, Tara. I am always interested in genuine helpers in the field. Blessings from Antwerp, Belgium. I was initiated by Swami Nardanand in real life and by dr Gabriel Cousens, shaktipat through the internet. I have kundalini for 20 years but it's more balanced now.

I Had spontanous kundalini awakening. I went through horrific abuse and could not function and prayed to god to Help me. Than I Met a man and recognized my own Soul in His eyes and Had through this experience my awakening. Also kundalini. Since that Im purging one Trauma after the other and it is incredibly painful. My whole Life Fell apart

Thank you so much for this video, it was so helpful for me! In July 2023 I had an experience with an energetic healer who awakened my kundalini. I didn't ask for it, I even didn't expect this to happen, because I didn't know anything about kundalini. I had to find out by myself what has happened to me because the healer doesn't want to talk openly about it. Taras Book "Kundalini Symptome heilen" helped me a lot to understand what happens to me, so I was able to handle lots of things that crossed my way during the kundalini process. Last time I was in energetic treatment, the healer said it's important to help the trauma come out, and after the energy treatment I had a massive chest/heart pain and an overwelming sadness. This was in December 2023, and since then I have a massiv pain in my left shoulder, that doesn't go away. In the video you said, that left shoulder pain is about childhood trauma, that I can't remember or I don't want to remember. How can I process my trauma, when I'm not able to remember it? Is there a way to remember what happened to me? I would be so thankful for an answer, because I really want to know what happend to me, when I was a child!

You didn't have a kundlaini awakening as you would feel blissful for the rest of your life. You just had a strong energy release and have energetic blockages

Just train to love and accept yourself and also your pain and it will be transcended and dissolved bit by bit. It may take some time, please be patient with yourself. You do not need to know what caused the pain, just be conscious that every pain you experience is an indicator for resistance. And this can be resolved by learning to love yourself. Then maybe the cause of the pain will be shown to you or not. You say you really want to know the cause of it. But maybe this is not necessary or helpful for you but only your mind who is just a tool. Rather alo try to train your trust and faith into the higher wisdom of your soul that will lead you the path which is best for you. These two things have helped me most at least. All the best for you!

I would recommend Christopher Wallace's translations of the Trantraloka, Saiva Tantra, The Kaula lineages, Recogniton sutras by Ksemaraja, Abhinava Gupta and others on the subect of tantra and kundalini. Christopher Thomkin also fits into this small group of sanskrit scholar practitioners. The sexual practices of the left hand forms a minor part of tantra historically and has now, in it's original form, fallen into obscurity. It has been replaced by western nonsense that bears zero resemblance. As Tara stated Kundalini is a transcultural experience. The Kalahari Bush people of Soutrh Africa are probably the most ancient culture still alive known to cultivate the "life force" of Kundalini Shakti. My interest in this subject was born out of experience and a childhood curiosity that never left.

There is some very interesting relationship between kundalini awakenings, mania and/or some forms of psychosis. My main interest is any of this is a scientific curiosity. Not a pursuit of higher consciousness or helping all conscious beings or whatever religious goals are. It’s for this reason I probably will never practice kundalini. I’m afraid it might awake a state in me that I won’t be able to revert, plus my intent probably carries bad karma.
