Aw man. I need this stuff, thank you and the musicians. Came home super stressed on Monday, remembered that I need to just let it all go and relax or I'll destroy myself with anxiety. Once I relaxed into a dream-like state, just floating into the cosmos, with no real surroundings, a wolf-like creature approached me. I looked into it's eyes, they were like black holes, I couldn't see anything there but the light seemed to be being drawn into them. I just wanted to look into its eyes. I was unable to feel fear but I remembered that I shouldn't look a wolf in the eye. It came closer, I thought it was going to bite my face but it jumped into my face and I began to see from its eyes. Strangely nothing much else happened after that but I awoke and an hour had passed in what seemed like a few minutes. Had an energised night after that. Not so much luck tonight though but music has helped me relax a lot.

I didn't know I needed this. This makes me focus, it takes an interesting shift into a totally another perspective. That is why we call it "trance" music, because it makes you go into a meditative state, where the background thoughts don't interrupt the flow of the subconscious trying to manifest the true reality. I can't seem to put it into better words, but this is how I kind of feel. Actually, the best things in life don't need explanations, they are meant to be just felt and wondered upon. I mean, wow. On my day off I listen to this in the morning when i go o youtube pinterest check things out online etc do chores. This music makes it easier to get into my day as I am chilled out releaxed composed not rushed. Radio music doesnt play this type music on any local channel. My local radio plays in head banging sad or aggressive loud music on the radio and this makes me tense as my day starts. I wish youtube played in my car or on air planes automatically.Can you imagine a 8 hour flight to annoying aggravating music when they can have this. I want to make a remark on author's introduction. Kundalini has been awakened now for good five years so I speak from my personal experience. The most important thing in life is - to know thyself, to know who you are. That is the true spirituality. Forget about new age and all the stories (been there long ago, done that and it's an obstacle), focus on HERE and NOW, which is only reality. Question yourself WHO AM I? Look into yourself for answer. Kundalini is pure life force and it really rises from the bottom of the spine to the top of your head through all chakras. There is nothing like 60% or 90% or 10% spiritual. Against what? What is 100%, maybe 120%? You are you and now is now. It's all about awareness. And then kundalini starts to awaken. Word of caution. Don't push it. Psychotic, unbalanced person can do a lot of damage to himself by forcefully awakening kundalini. Just be and if it comes, great. You can slowly and gently explore it, make friends, enjoy in pure love.
