I'm having a hard time with it at the moment. I just want to be alone and not interact with anyone. Iv actually just quite my job also as it's a very toxic environment and too many people there and too much going on. I can't quite handle it at the moment. I feel maybe much emotional things are coming to the surface and maybe much anger. As always so much head pressure. Feeling depressed. These are difficult times right now.

There is no fixed approach. If you do not want an awakening, you may consider avoid spiritual practice and exploration. However, that does not guarantee that you will not undergo an awakening process.
