Not the love, peace, happiness, that the I, the me, the self, the thinker, the mind, imagines it to be, which is a limitation, imitation, and distortion. It is not temporary. I was one of the non believer about kundalini since i had sensations of awakening without any practice following before..I never had heard about kundalini before 2017 (when I was still in the healing of an illness since 2005 that was in fact the start of a sponatenous awakening by traumatic impact) .talking with friends is no easy and I understand that nobody can really relate to without experiecing..no way in germany to have access to experts of spiritual emergency, even kundalini yoga teacher had not advices .I looked and found a online mentor for supporting me to find a way to accept a spiritual path gifted to me. already is not easy as a former atheist/agnostic human. Now with my mentor I take it as a adventure journey in the unknown with enjoing sources of energy transmissions giving by her I am trusting a lot. speaking with other awakening people is also not the easy one because all is so individual

Trauma trigger mine also and had never heard of kundalini but when I googled my symptoms it came up. Thought it was nonsense but symptoms kept escalating and I could no longer deny. Commenced 2017.

sidenote: for me the best like energy healer is the music of delta goodrem that processed so deep 2 heavy health challenges . she is so mindfull and wholhearded in her interacting and creating music by her path experiences. she is a cancer surviver and had not an awakening but she seems so awaken without kundalini. for uplifting mood I recomend her bunkerdon concerts on socialmedia recorded from pandemic times

@@brentspirit delta is beyond wholhearded and uplifting. she gives back also in a foundation colaboration with a cancer clinic she went through. in 2018 she had a year to relearn speech by a wrong going surgery and rises out with writing an amazing album. its on youtube her way to heal from that : the story behind paralyzed. now she is dancing every moment to be alive on stage. pandemic hits her right in the moment she had recoverd her singing voice.. very emotional but she invented weekly 37 bunkerdowns concerts live from the living room like some creating of fan comunity and showing up her talents to create out of the blue content and songs. I had never heard about her before. but the first stream came rab+ndomly to me and it was breathtaking
