This was very powerful, thank you. Basically felt it working in each part of my body where my chakras are "situated" per say, I had a mini headache immediately as I started, groin pains which came and dissapeared through out, stomach pains which did the same, my throat randomly started feeling like I was getting flu or tonsils and my heart felt constricted. Then immediately as the video ended just as quickly all the discomforts disappeared 🌻

Thank you. I visualized the crown chakra opening and light coming into my body from. the top of my head and going through my chakras to my red root chakra as I inhaled. Then on exhale I inagined it going back down to my root again. Towards the end I saw myself as a child and lived him like I hae never loved another and ending it by hugging him close. Very beautiful. I am greatful fir this share.

Its nothing to rush and definitely not something to want in your life if youre not ready. i grew up being spirituality in tune and i didnt understand any of it until i turned 15 but thats also when everything got worse for me. Tho i did learn through out my journey that theres more to learn about our universe and as well as myself. youre more than just organs, flesh, and bones. ♥ Take your time and grow as you go through your journey
