I've never experienced anything like this before, that I can remember. It began, as what can be described as a physical/ sexual energy, in the middle part of the body. It was an intense, pleasurable, familiar feeling which ebbed and flowed in waves. There wasn't any forcing it, or denying it, it just happened as I (the thinking part of I) allowed it to. I felt myself saying/feeling/experiencing "Yes, wow", first on a physical level, then on a more expansive and deeper non physical level. The waves were then visions (sensed, not viewed) of everything that ever existed or happened, and they were all two-sided; light and dark, positive and negative, ebb and flow etc. and they were all perfect as they were. I sensed myself crying "Yes, wow" one moment and giggling "Yes, wow" the next moment, but it was all really the same moment, just as the ebb and flow and light and dark were all the same. I didn't want it to end and knew that it does, but also that it doesn't. It felt like the thing I'd always thought was missing, but realise was always here. The state isn't something to be attained, it just happens, and I think the only reason it does is to lead us to trust our true nature, which IS this "Yes, wow" mystery. Everything that ever existed or happened is this same mysterious energy, and it plays out exactly as it should. All we are is the experiencing of it.

This is so powerful when my kundalini energy was raising,my legs started to shake and when it was moving up to my abdomen I felt like scream and I started to cry,I have experienced this my body was shaking all through out this meditation

This was the most intense meditation. I felt united with the whole universe, the earth and all it's wonders. Masive revelations and masive liberation of stuck energy and emotions I had blocked in my body. I will do this as often as I can. Even if it sounds like a sinple meditation it holds great wisdom and power.

Wow , activation around 7 min 25 , though the crown chakra activation once you open your heart chakra is similar to the feeling of Oxytocin That tingling feeling in the arms face and legs , really sets in after 12 minutes . Wholistic in energy rounding too , radiates evenly, also warms the sacral chakra nicely 🙂🌞💜
