Loved this challenging practice! I may make it a workday MUST to start my mornings. I could feel myself breaking through my mind and body's tiredness with each move. After 24 hours straight of working, it was just what I needed to make it through today's commitments.

I had a hard time doing anything in rock pose or sitting on my heels. I have a bad right knee. I adapted the best I could. I also did your Kriya for ears as my ears have been clogged for months. Thank you!

Hello! Today was wonderful but also challenging. I am now 40 days post partum so I decided not to do a shoulder stand but half bridge. I will build up to it. I was very sore today, even though the kriyas look easy they are not! I am also regaining my strength still. Thank you thank you thank you!!! sat nam.

+Neelam Bhoolia sat nam, you did great. Remember to always listen to your body and take it to a level which is confortable for you. With time you will improve and grow stronger, but always be gentle to yourself. It’s a journey not a sprint :)

I enjoyed very much, but I would like to suggest something. Maybe it would be a good idea to put a disclaimer on the Shoulder Stand. I believe it is a pose no one should try to do on their own for the first time, as it is easy to get hurt if you're doing it wrong. Nothing else to say but thank you. Sat Nam.

I did this tonight before bed as have been with my little girl all day and finally she went to bed since being up at 5am 😫 I found this so challenging my body is so tired and I'm mentally and ohsuically drained I found it hard. But I tried and got to the end and I am thinking of maybe trying to redo this one tomorrow as well or come back to it later. Sat Nam 💫

omg this was so hard on my period specially the shoulder stand the flow was like niagara falls but upside down and my lower back oh god

Sat Nam, you may want to avoid inversions and breath of fire during your period. Apart from that, hope you enjoyed the class :)
