My main blockage right now is pain--my wrist injury flared up again with swelling and throbbing pain. This meditation this morning really helped me focus on my pulse and not the pain. In other words, it removed the area of my attention (the pain) and focused it on my heart. I could hear and feel it, chant along with it, and this brought me pure calmness. Yes, the pain was still there, but lessened. My mind feels relaxed and calm. My body, safe for my hand, is still and strong. Great practice with surprising results. Very profound!

Day 16th done!!! I'm wondering when you say BREATH IN AND OUT, it is always by the nose? What is the difference between that and breathing through mouth? And then I was also thinking when we declare sanskrit word, does our brain recognize it? thanks a lot ♥️💛💛💛 one more day
