Kunefe
Ingredients :
Butter-100gms
Kunefe sev -250gms
Rabdi-1cup
Khoya-1cup
Fresh cream-1/2cup
Milk-1/2cup
Sugar-1cup
Water-1/2cup
Saffron-few strands
Almonds and pistachio for garnish
Method:
In a vessel heat butter add in the broken kunafeh sev and roast till golden brown.In another vessel put milk add in rabdi , fresh cream and khoya cook for 10 mins on low flame.
For the sugar syrup:
In a vessel cook sugar,water and saffron strands and bring to a boil.
For assembling:
In a pan put a layer of roasted sev top it with rabdi mix and again put a layer of sev and level it with a spoon.Now let this cook on low flame for 5-7min take a plate and remove it (as shown in the video)flip and cook on both sides.Remove in a plate and pour sugar syrup over it and lastly garnish with sliced Almonds and pistachio .
