Ingredients:
Filling- Enough for 30-35 kachoris
Mince 1000gms
Onions 3large
Green Chilies 5large
Oil 1/4cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbs
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Gram Masala 1/4tsp
Dough- Enough for 13 kachoris
Flour/Maida 500gms
Salt 1tsp
Ghee/Butter 30gms
Water 1cup and 2tbs
Corn Flour 3tbs
Ghee/butter 1/4cup
