Perfect recipe of tea cake on KZbin! I tried this recipe today and the cakes came out very nice soft and yummy.. I made it in loaf as well as cup cakes with the same recipe but added orange zest and roasted peanuts. Only confusion was about 15 gm of baking powder then I searched for it and it's equal to 1.1 tablespoon.

2cup 350 gnms sugar 250 GMs 1. 1)3 cup oil Beat both with beater Add 6,eggs one by one beating 320 GMs 2 cup maida sieved with15 GMs bk pd n 2 pinch salt Add vanilla or lemon essence 3_4drops Line butter paper in moulds 7#3"450 GMs batter Bake in oven @180 preheated for 20 mts for 30 mts Preheat kadahi for 10 mts on high flame . Reduce to medium low n bake for 40mts Apply butter or oil on cake when warm with brush n cover with cling film . Cool n cut
