@goutamdass62432 жыл бұрын
First of all I am not a Hindu by religion. However, anyone who is a natural citizen of the subcontinent, is a Hindu, anthropologically or sociologically; the religion, however, may be different. In any case, beef was never a “forbidden” (???) meat in ancient undivided India. Reference: Dr. Rajendra Lal Mitra’s article “Beef In Ancient India” or Prof. D. N. Jha’s book “Myth of the Holy Cow”. As far as a Bengali is concerned, food has no religion😊😊😊😊

@syedhussein49592 жыл бұрын
In your steak recipe rather than taking tenderloin, you can try with T-bone or porter house steak which would be a lot easier for butcher to cut, show butcher how to cut it. Pakistani butchers are not aware of different cuts in the beef. They make small pieces (boti) of every piece, butchering is a skill and course, highly skilled butchers make tons of money. Beef is sold by cuts in those countries. You have done it very very well, keep it up.

Afzal Bhai I love your videos...one of the best channels. I would not bother commenting this on other channels but because I hold you to the high standard of content you regularly produce I have some advice.. The pan you cooked in was perhaps too hot... The oil caught fire and the butter got burnt (black), as was the garlic. After a quick minute or 2 on high heat for searing and getting the crust the heat can be lowered to 'low-medium' for the butter basting. Other than that, this was another great video
