I always cook this at home and it's the best Kabab. Plus you don't need water for this actually ... Once you cover it it'll have it's own water just cook it on low flame for 30 minutes and Its the best kababs you'll ever eat . For masala you can add salt chilli flakes chilli powder ginger garlic paste along with Chopped onion paste kinda thing but no water of course and add 1,2 Tbs of any Kabab Masala Like National Or Shan Depending on your taste ...
