Ab to bahut saare masale aa gaye lekin pehale gaon me jab bhi gosht banta tha to isi taraha chulhe me lakadiyon ki aag me banta tha wo bhi gine chune basic masalon me lekin jo swad aata tha wo shahar ke anginat masalon me kahaan.... Mutton me jitne kam masaale padenge wo utna zaaykedaar banega.... Mutton me sabse pahale gosht ka swaad aana chahiye... Jyaada masaale daalane se masaalon ka hi taste aata hai gosht ka nahi....
