No dhania, Jeera. Less powders the better. lemon and tomatoes has excessive sourness. Bit of butter and amchur powder helps at the end of cooking,

Afzal bhai.Hotels ka khana kha kr nafrat se hogai thi hotel ky khanon sy or jaib per kafi bhari prta tha hotels ka khana. Lakin jab sy apki dish bnany lgay hein mein or mere dost behad khush hotey ak to ghar jesa khana khany ko mil jata or hum sab dost pait bhar ky khana khaty hein. This is the way I cook my chicken palak less of course the yoghurt I don’t blanch the palak as the one we get here is the baby leaf palak which cooks very quickly. Occasionally I add the palak to the chicken karahi without browning the onions. I love our desi recipes and your recipes with different touch of masalas is incredible. Bhai chicken wala mutanjan sikha dain. Nobody seems to know this dish or I have never seen anyone cooking it.
