I want to know if the shamis can be stored in the deep freezer and for how long will it remain good to eat. An idea, shami can be made in a chapatti roll form I am sure it will be delicious to eat while on the go.

Other Pakistani You-Tubers silently record a video of vendors assembling the product with zero information, not of much use. My heartfelt gratitude to this channel for generously detailing the actual ingredients and process.
