No because he was leaving so they had to get him first otherwise if he heard about the whereabouts of the deaths of the iron fist man and pole fighter then he might come back to revenge and at the same time it would be hard to find him if he leaves. the iron fist man was second because the pole fighter was gone so they couldnt find him in his store.
