I love this older footage, it has so much history and it really shows the journey and it shows that even if you have limited resources but working extra hard with dedication you are going to see results and thus, victories. . .

Indeed he did. Even then he was a competent Martial Artist who very easily translated his art into the art of fighting :) Proud of him and everyone who is a part of our Martial Geeks group :)

Although it's sparing, you want to throw the same way you throw strikes inna fight, example how your partner is throwing punches from a good base despite not hitting hard, although if he did hit hard those shots would have hurt you, where your punches we just touches, even if you threw them hard they would have been simple arm punches, still uncomfortable, but someone could easily eat them to land a shot with base and structure, some of your round house kicks looked really nice however, not trying to be negative or talk shit just pointing out my observations, nice hand fighting and jamming, and lots of faints, something I'd like to do more of. Sorry for the rambling run on sentence I'm very tired and am supposed to be asleep but got sucked into this video, good stuff thx. Peace.

🙏thanks dude! You're spot on with the punches, at the time I barely had the right mechanics down to throw them
