I get both Space Camp and Lady Melody back in the early 2000's. Both are amazing records. But they disbanded in 2005, they had brief Moments of new music in 2009 and in 2011 did new music but without Jason (guitars) and under the name "Indian School", the project was short lived (they just released an EP in 2012). In 2018 they came back with Jason, as Audio Karate and released their first album in 15 years called Malo. Currently the band is doing shows and maybe we get new music. In my opinion, the band is talented but missed his train, they signed with Kung Fu Records that give them the chance to shine and tour with Big acts like Blink 182, NOFX and The Ataris but unlike those ones they missed a few chances to make it Big during the early 00's craze of punk pop and emo bands.

Wrong time probably, they came out when punk sub-genres were on the way out. The big bands for this era tended to be -core and emo bands like Underoath, Saiosin, The Used, Taking Back Sunday, and My Chemical Romance, etc, and metal, or metal sub-genre, bands like Slipknot, Mudvain, Godsmack, Linkin Park, etc. It probably also doesn't help that Kung Fu Records is an extremely niche label and didn't/doesn't have as big a distribution network as the major labels or indies like Epitaph, nor the funds to market like they can. Nothing against Kung Fu Records, I love them, they just don't have the funding other, more mainstream labels, have.

The only way for them to get pushed on the radio would have been for Kung fu records to have the cash flow to payolla, which they do not have. You've had 9 months to read and understand my comment, do better.

One of my favorite bands of the early 2000s. I could not remember the name of the band for the life of me when trying to remember bands I listened to in high school. Blessed to finally remember it was them that I loved listening to. Such an underrated hidden gem. Hope they're all still close. GOD bless

I wonder how was filming this was like. Were the instruments really on and you guys played so the girls had something to dance to? how long did the shoot take? Where were those women from? Were they the band's family and relatives? Or was it a dance studio they hired?
