Paint abstractly and simply dive into the world of colours. How does that work at all and how do I simply bring structures into the picture? Many questions arise, especially with beginners, and suddenly you are under pressure, but it should be fun. Thank you very much for the many positive comments on my book. I would therefore like to take you back with me, to my studio and support you further. On page 111 of the book, you will find instructions, which I invite you to try out today. Here I have painted them in different colours. The structure is simply made by sand and acrylic paint. You can see that even with me mistakes happen, like not mixing the colour or not waiting long enough until the structure is completely dry. Especially in painting not everything has to be perfect. Often the so-called mistakes cause exciting cracks, lines or unexpected effects. Get involved in something new. Now is the best time for it. Have fun with it ;)
Afterwards I will briefly introduce the book to you, maybe you are interested in more of my work. Have a look at the channel. There are many more abstract, like representational pictures as instructions. Also painting on aluminium foil or a rescue blanket can be found here. Let yourself be relaxed about the painting.

Liebe Petra, ganz herzlich möchte ich dich von der schönen Insel Amrum grüßen. Hier in der Ferienwohnung habe ich zwar keine Malsachen und auch nicht dein Buch. Vorweg... es spricht mich sehr stark an was Du machst. Mir wurde durch „Zufall“ die Tür zur Malerei ein wenig aufgestossen. Abstrakte Malerei löst dabei bei mir die höchste Resonanz aus. Was ich mich allerdings frage (als unbedarfter Anfänger), geht’s Dir bei Deinen Bildern mehr um die Farbkompositionen oder ist da auch immer ein, nennen wir es zumindest, Gefühl oder eine Botschaft dabei was Du transportieren möchtest? Ich hätte da noch einige Fragen mehr... aber diese „quält“ mich am meisten. Danke 🖖

Hab mich wieder nicht zu früh gefreut, wie jeden Sonntag! 😄 Ich möchte gerne mal ausprobieren, Farbe selbst herzustellen, deine Beschreibung im Buch hat mir richtig Lust darauf gemacht! Allerdings scheitere ich an der Beschaffung der Pigmente, 🤦‍♀️im Internet bin ich total überfordert: was ist gut, was nicht, Eisenoxid usw.! Am Besten gehst du /bestellst du im Fachhandel - Suche: Künstlerbedarf/Pigmente. Gefährliche Pigmente sind dort gekennzeichnet. GLG!!!!
