Why I think Himawari became the host for Kurama and not Boruto is that when Kurama died, he got a sort of "save state menu" where he could either respawn in Boruto or Himawari as they had his chakra within them. By respawning in Hima, he could go unnoticed and recollect his power while in Boruto, Boruto would've been a double host, and Momoshiki would've been immediately alerted that Kurama was respawning within Boruto. Just my silly theory tho

Kurama didnt expect he could ever return so i think that this 9 tails is another. Sort of like a child of kurama. Without his memories. Momoshiki probably destroyed all fragments of this chakra in boruto unintentionally. Himawari knocking out naruto when she was a child could actually be her 9 tails chakra somehow entering naruto and therefore putting him in a shock somehow since it isnt kuramas but another 9tails.

I’d argue Kurama was hiding his chakra because the fact that Himawari is a a little girl who’s far less capable than Naruto and he’s aware that if he didn’t hide/supress himself he’d be dooming Hima to a fate even worse than Naruto’s considering when Naruto was a child while the enemies were formidable but the Shinju, and threats like Code are far more powerful/dangerous. Kurama was able to grow larger in the past swelling as he grew stronger due to a combination of just passively aging, and swelling due to hatred amps. I’d surmise that the same will happen to this version of Kurama.

Hear me out (as some very unfounded theories) We know that there’s at least one gentle that technique that steals chakra from the target. Though its Hinata’s twin lion fist, it shows that it’s possible that others could do similar In the VERY beginning, Naruto AND KURAMA are knocked out by gentle fist by his daughter. What if, just maybe, a tiny amount of their chakra was snatched and stored in her that never got used previously since she didn’t want to be a shinobi. Then when kurama “died” from baryon mode, his residual chakra that was still in her and (not destroyed) started the regeneration process? Nick always says “Kishimoto never does something for nothing”. And it never sat quite right with me that it was nothing more than a throwaway gag

Another theory on why no one's sensed Kurama's Chakra in Himawari is this: They Have sensed it. They've known the younger Kurama has been inside Himawari since she was born, but chose to keep it secret. And could be why Kurama was willing to use Baryon Mode. Kurama already knew he'd live on inside Himawari having literally spawned an Infant version of himself. Because it's Kurama, he'd have all the same memories and eventually the same power. Himawari could have a similar backstory as Naruto himself in where his Jinchiruki status was kept secret from her, but unlike Naruto, HER father lived to keep things copacetic and keep it secret unlike Hagoromo. He didn't allow Himawari to have the same solitude he had, while also not allowing her to access Kurama till she was ready like they did to him.. Hence why she can unlock powers that can stun even Naruto/Kurama with a single finger/technique.

My theory on kuramas revival is based on the fact that it’s already been stated tailed beast chakra always returns eventually. We have to throw boruto into this theory too. Being that himawari and boruto both were born with some of kuramas chakra that could be the reason why even just a bit of his chakra was able to survive after Baryon mode. The reason himawari has kurama and boruto doesn’t tho is due to the fact that boruto whole dna structure changed when he became a full otsutki, fully omitting any kind of tailed beast chakra he may have had. Considering it’s been three years since kurama died it makes sense for him to barely be manifesting

Perhaps it unlocks over time, but a lot of the stuff they're clueless about would be know already if they had those memories. I've got three suspicions on how the kurama thing works. 1. Obvious reason is that both Boruto and Himawari have inherited Kurama's chakra from Naruto and that he naturally reformed like he's supposed to (Himawari may have inherited more of his chakra than Boruto any other factor you want to throw in for why it was Hima). 2. Naruto imparted his chakra onto Himawari (and maybe even Boruto) like his father did for him. This would naturally include a portion of Kurama's chakra. 3. Because Baryon mode is based on nuclear fusion, there must be a new element (chakra) created as a side effect. This could explain this "new kurama" or Juura himself (and why Juura wants to consume Naruto/Kurama, assuming he's not the 10 tails itself).

My guess is I remember Jiraiya was examining the Reaper Death seal on Naruto in the OG Naruto and said that Naruto's chakra suppresses Kurama's if it seeps out. Right after that he said that, he said the seal also makes the tailed beast chakra slowly merge with Naruto's to become his own. So that probably resulted into that.

Well 3 things for sure: 1) Kawaki has yamcha mullet, lays in yamcha fetal position and no amount of speed lines can describe how fast he got one-shot again. 2) Kurama retained all his memories 3) Small Kurama art ain't it somehow. It' has a bit of uncanny valey feel to it for some reason

I’m calling it now Himawari is getting Baryon Mode and the chakra Daemon and Jura sensed wasn’t regular Biju chakra but the new chakra that was created when smashed Naruto and Kurama’s chakra together and created Fission similar to the sun and that’s where Hima comes in I don’t think it a coincidence that her name is sunflower, she wears sunflowers, she’s Boruto sun, and Kurama died by this new chakra. I’m just gonna go out on a limb and say theirs a possibility she can tap into Baryon mode and not have the limitations that Naruto did. Potentially Kurama’s chakra was completely changed having “survived”

NICK Idk if this is what your thinking of doing but at 16:00 minutes in you gave me a great idea lol. You should do a theory video on what someone could potentially be like if they became not only a toad sage but ALSO a snake sage maybe even add in a monkey sage and whatever sage mode Hashirama managed to undergo. AKA not a sage of 6 paths but a sage of sages per say. Also, Since Himiwari and Boruto were both born with the whiskers theres gotta be some residual Kurama chakra inside him as well right? @nchammer your correct, just how ashura and indra’s chakra manifests into their descendants, with kurama being a mass of chakra, it makes sense that his chakra manifests in a descendant. It is known in the naruto verse that other ppl has remnants of kurama’s chakra like kinkaku, so it makes sense that an offspring of kurama’s OG jinchuuriki can be a suitable vessel for the chakra to re-manifest

The reason Kawaki is able to regenerate is becuz of his scientific ninja tool body. He's always been able to do that even in part 1. It's probably accelerated more now.

Nick made a mistake he's not full ōtsutsuki, he's only 80 as when isshiki died and the decompression was at 80% the new karma he got from amado was reconstructed without new otsutsuki data or isshikiʼs soul in it so no more decompression meaning it's only a weapon and he's still 80% otsutsuki. ↪️ If you remember in episode 292 there was a scene where amado say take it for yourself in form a kama that's purely a weapon. You're correct on his regeneration with the ninja tool amado had put in him since part 1.

Just jigen who's the benchmark measurement for much power. ↪️ The author didn't use isshiki for obvious reasons as we never saw him. With FULL LIFESPAN and has refused to say any character has surpassed isshiki for conscious reasons too his dōjutsu still having SECRETS. ↪️ Yet nick likes to say they're above isshikiʼs level when nothing implies it in manga, note am not trying to downplay any character but I'd rather just wait for categorical canonical statement by the author.
