As I have been taught (trad. Shotokan), for the third move (the first to the right) you pull back and swing to the right into heisoku dachi bending your knees as you perform an inside gedan barai (0.12-0.15). It's not what Kazuaki sensei does. Can someone tell me why? I've never seen this before, and on this level I don't want to think it's a mere mistake.

Good observation! However in JKA it's not a mistake. The bunkai is slow as if you are grabbing a kick and hooking the leg then outstretches into a zenkutsu dachi soto uke. There are a lot of branches out there that have changed the bunkai and certain moves. If you watch videos of the same kata within shotokan, you'll notice the differences. I trained with SKIF, and I am currently in JKA. A bunch of different things I had to change and adapt, still wasn't easy. So the reality is in another shotokan style (like SKIF) this would be wrong. But in JKA this move is correct and he performed this kata masterfully.
