[Material] (3-4 people)
Cabbage 150g
Pork belly (thin slices) 100g
1/4 teaspoon salt
Black pepper
3 eggs
Salad oil appropriate amount
Okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, shavings, blue paste, as appropriate
[How to make]
① Cut the cabbage into 1 to 1.5 cm squares. Cut the hard part of the core into thin slices.
Cut pork into 1 cm lengths.
② Melt the eggs in a bowl.
③ Heat the salad oil in an egg roasting machine (made of fluorine), add the pork, and fry over high heat.
When the pork is about half cooked, add half the cabbage and fry.
④ When the cabbage is tender, add another half of the cabbage and fry.
When the whole oil has spread, shake the salt and black pepper. Spread the whole flat and pour ②.
⑤ Cover and bake on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
