I think I can say with confidence that this scene is the most quoted scene from any anime ever amongst my friends. We start quoting it completely out of context, and once someone starts with the simple "Well, well," we can't stop ourselves. One might even say it is infamous. I will never ever let anyone criticize this scene. It has brought so much joy in so many lives, including my own. It would be an absolute sin to critique this scene. Honestly, as long as it's understandable I usually don't have a problem with it. It's actually pretty cool that they try and incorporate different languages into the story (as long as they're not used offensively or whatever). I've heard much worse. Also, talk about a dramatic entrance. Imagine you just rock up to this streetball game only to see this pretty boy with an earring and an emo fringe start talking English to this hulk of a human you call a teammate.

Hey everyone, remember the scene where Teiko went up against Seihō, and Kise was shut down by Tsugawa, with Kise having the rest of the GoM behind him and Tsugawa obviously having lower skills then in the current timeline of the series? This dude just destroyed the entire Seihō team single-handedly, as substitute for a fodder team that is presumably not even on Seihō's level. As a offensive player going up against a team that specialises itself in stopping those. While still standing and not even breaking a sweat while the player who stopped Kise in Junior High is on his knees. Well then... Edit: Just looked up the base stats on the KnB-wiki, Himoru has 44 and Kise has 46. current Kise with Perfect Copy that is. o__O

Ben River Kagami w/o Zone got completely outplayed by Himuro as well, and with Zone he freaking beat Murasakibara in a strength feat. And apart from Kagami EVERYONE ELSE IN SERIN GOT DESTROYED. He outplayed multiple Seirin players at once, including the Team Captain, a Uncrowned King and Kuroko. Two of those went on to beat Rakuzan players of Uncrowned King level 1v1. So Himuro is completely above the level of any Seirin player other than Kagami (who is considered a GoM at this point) which makes him almost GoM level. The only real flaw he has is his self esteem problem and thats only against Kagami (and possibly other GoMs) so im pretty sure he could go up against Haikaki and destroy him.

Ben River As far as i know, the only thing Perfect Copy does is allow him to copy the GoM moves. It definitely doesnt add any speed/strength/agility upgrades. And Himuro is pretty much GoM level, its just that he actually worked to get on that level instead of just being good (which is why he cant use Zone). And putting him in the thirties would put him below the Uncrowned Kings in terms of stats, and Himuro destroys Uncrowned Kings for breakfast. He made Kiyoshi look like fodder during Yosen vs Seirin. The fact that the Yosen coach says her team has a double ace when Murasakibara is the other ace says everything already.
