its funny that for him to get stronger he needs to stop using fancy equipement and train with a stone like a cave man xD

It's because that equipment trained crush grip, when it's pinch grip that is used when holding a basketball.

Let alone regular big basketball players, have you seen an NBA player grab a rebound like that? Totally palming a rebound?

Kiyoshi is a beast. I hope he comes back from America in Extra Game to lend a hand with his newly healed knee--he'd be a literal monster, perhaps on par with the GoM.
@theoneitself8 жыл бұрын
+Ritz Tan “ssj4rit” Nah, impossbile to be on par with the GoM (he actually used his full potencial against Nebuya without thinking in tthe safety of his knee and he actually kind of defeated Nebuya.. but that was "all his level").. not even Himuro was :(
@ssj4rit8 жыл бұрын
theone itself Actually Himuro was stated to be on par with the GoM in terms of ability--not potential. He would be able to fight on the same level as the GoM, but if the GoM got serious (i.e. went into Zone), he wouldn't stand a chance. He didn't have the same potential as Kagami/GoM, but was still stated to be GoM level. I guess they meant he was higher than an uncrowned general but a notch below the GoM. As for Kiyoshi beating Nebuya, that was somewhat impressive. Kagami sort of lost to Nebuya in a rebound contest when Nebuya was in the Perfect Rhythm Zone. I'm not sure if Kiyoshi could reach GoM level, but he definitely will play alot better once his knee is healed. If only we could get another season with Kiyoshi :(

Ritz Tan I actually was really pissed of about Himuro sittuation: I mean, we clearly saw that in the second match against Aomine, Kagami was at the same freakking level ! they were tied! and when both entered in the Zone, they were still pretty tied!! but when Kagami went against Himuro.. HE COULDNT MAKE ANYTHING TO STOP HIMUROS BADASS MOVES! NOTHING! only when he (Kagami) entered the Zone, he was able to win against him (in other words. it is like Kagami would lost against Himuro for 30 mins in a game, but will be the opposite just for 10 min when Kagami enters the Zone).. so Himuro deserves more respect and acknowledge XD. And respect Kyoshi.. yes.. with no injurys he can be one of the best Uncrowned King players level
@ssj4rit8 жыл бұрын
theone itself yeah that's actually a good point you bring up; Kagami couldn't beat Himuro totally until he went into the Zone. Although technically, he was able to face him seriously when he 'let go' of Himuro, but still couldn't beat the mirage shot. I'd say the difference between Kagami and Himuro is HImuro is more polished and skilled, while Kagami has more raw potential. Himuro may be a better basketball player than Kagami in terms of technique, skill etc, but Kagami has the Zone and therefore can surpass Himuro; Himuro doesn't have access to the Zone and can't surpass Kagami when he enters it. It also pissed me off how Kuroko no Basket was all about how people who love the sport can get good at it, but then with Yosen vs Seirin it was basically "talent will prevail in the end", kinda a weird theme.

Ritz Tan mm now that I think about this.. maybe this anime is MORE REALISTIC THAN I THOUGHT.. think about it.. it is true that are some lazy talented people that get his ass beaten by "normal" people that train or study really hard in real life... but in this anime.. the talented people (most of them) really train hard !!! Akashi is the best example!! : he is talented but also trains like no one in the GoMs .. and he is the strongest of all... sad reallity but true :( DAMN !!! XD Some exceptions maybe are Kise and Murasakibara.. altough Kise started training like crazy since his first lost.. while Mura didnt give a shit of training ever and still managed to enter to the zone in his first attempt to play seriously.. now that is some pretty natural talent...
