@@SkruffyTalez_TheWarzone the Ukrainians are not staying and fighting the Russians. Thats the only reason the Russians are moving in the Area so quickly. Russia like always just bombs the crap out of everything then takes over the ruined area. Not sure where you are getting this speed and aggression is why Russia is beating the Ukrainians back. Russia has never fought like that they move in quickly when there is no resistance.

@@SkruffyTalez_TheWarzone russian bloggers reporting the lyubomovka assault failed for russia. they are not optimistic with ukrainian rear maneuver. said lack of supplies and men likely means the offensive fizzles out in a day or two.

@@SkruffyTalez_TheWarzone i think the russians have been stalled. getting supplies in is gonna be difficult along that rylsk korenovo road with fpv drones around. as well the rear flank move likely puts pressure on logistics there as well, as drg units likely operating. the northern push i dont think will be easy as its high ground for ukraine. i believe also russian bloggers reported 4 elite ukrainian brigades were moved to kursk last week. likely in anticipation of the counter attack. we have only seen 1 so far in vesoloye in khorne group attacking north from the ukrainian border. we are seeing videos come out with russian casualties from drones, artillery and JDAMS being used. so as the russians extended their supply lines, i believe they had to slow to wait for logistics to catch up. end of the day 2-3 days of fighting you will be low on ammo. also maygars birds were moved to kursk.

@08:52 how viable move would be have some ukrainian armors take from olgovka and bypass via snagost and come behind russian fleet to lyubimovka? infantry did these moves often but im not familiar with vehicle tactics.

I recently saw a video comparing where an Abrams tank can go in a region depending on season. It didn't look good for the Abrams during the wet season that would have forced the tank onto the easily monitored and mined roads. As such, lighter vehicles like the CV-90 are a lot more manuverable.

Tough interesting and honest! This Russian left hook must be done by well-organized troops or even elite. But that also makes them a valuable target in themselves. Killing experts might be more interesting then gaining or holding more ground. Lets see whether Ukraine decides to consider that spearhead an excellent objective to neutralize. Ukraine might attempt to trap them, ambush by mines, dropped by artillery or drones. Such also depends on Russian (mobile) infantry support if Russia did the push properly, making an ambush harder. Seems a matter of pinning them down, buying time or massive drone strikes to take out a lot of their experienced units and equipment as possible. As I understood, Ukraine has the best operational oversight or update information and intelligence cover here on the battlefield. This spearhead already seemed to have sustained some losses and such speedy moves comes with serious risks - if Ukraine figures out where they are, what they are doing etc. Whats your personal background regarding warfare? Havent had time to check many video's so far. Im mostly just an armchair general ;-)

I don't know about russian troops being elite based on where they move. It's not like such decisions are made by the soldiers themselfs, they simply act on orders.

In truth the Russians have had a reserve of 550,000 men for 6 months, the Russians have drawn 60,000 men from the 550,000, so there are still 490,000 men left plus a new reserve of 200,000 fresh men, for 15 days they arrived for training 4 months, the Americans are running that the Russians have 5 times more men in reserve, Zelenski too he is running that is why he is asking for authorization to strike Russia in depth, but it is too late the Russians have moved the munitions the planes out of range of the Storm Shadow missiles, without the direct intervention of NATO Ukraine will not win the war.

Russia pulled these troops from it's borders, mainly with NATO. The marines for example are from kaliningrad which is now left nearly defenseless, but there are also reports that soldiers in non-combat roles have been deployed to the area as a stop-gap solution. The russian force in kursk is of mixed quality and a testament to how little is left of russias army.

@@T.efpunktsort of puts the lie to all of Russias talk of being 'threatened' by NATO. If that were actually true, they wouldn't pull all these troops from border areas of NATO countries.

@@T.efpunkt I don't know why you think that. Nobody said that these troops were not replaced with other troops. Armies always want their troops to get battle field experience. These troops probably wanted to get out of guard duty and join the fight. You can't always believe what some people say. As far as stop gag solution that is what every army in the world does when hit from an unexpected area, hello. You should go back to G I Joe school. lol

I find it difficult to believe that the russians are suddenly a well organised fighting force as you suggest .....2.5 years into this war and I have yet to see any evidence of that ..they may have advanced rapidly but they are using troops from Ukraine's left flank and have left themselves exposed as their supplies and reinforcements are in that direction and Ukraine are advancing from the south towards their logistical hub.so we will see how it plays out in the coming days

Russia is a heavy top-down commanded army. These are not Mission Command decisions. Generals tells units to grab Snagost, when that happened they tell another unit to go through Snagost to the next town. With no minefields armor can move fast.

You have to be joking. This is just another meat grinder and a fools task. Who in their right mind would think this is a good idea. As soon as the Russians bring their resources to bare it is game over for the NATO forces. They control the air and have ten times the fire power. It is easy to gain ground when there is no one defending it, get real. I can see the future, Russia will slow down and wait to see if NATO is dense enough to send in more troops and equipment. To me this was always just a PR shunt that will go wrong. I just feel sorry for the Ukraine people with winter coming and no power to heat their homes. Smells like another American victory. Good job.
