@@isaacl2258 Hoping to see Boyd + TMM start the season. TMM showed flashes of quality when healthy. Maybe it will be Boyd + Metcalf. It will be interesting to see how Webster uses all 4 of them including CHT.

@rugbyanalyst1 I think Metcalf 100% has to start or we risk losing him. One of the real potential stars we have in our system. Boyd 7 Metcalf 6 for me. Tmm unfortunately doesn't have the kicking game to run the show. Webby could definitely run with him rd1 but there was clear intention behind the boyd signing.

Signing great players always seems the right call but one must question are the aging ones past their peak really worth the often big money. Both Capewell and RTS who have a couple more years on their contracts are yet to justify their high profile hyped up signings.

Having their halfback on 1 leg and their captain being held up by strapping tape didn't help. I'm not expecting a hell of alot this year but I want to atleast find a half combo that gels and alot more effort in defence ill be happy
