@Nunocpinto Thanks, it was amazing! Sorry this was the only one of the three songs they played that I filmed. got a bit distracted by holding the camera and just wanted to enjoy the other songs to the max!

Awesome solo from Kurt! Very much influenced by coltrane to my ears, a lot like Coltranes solo om So What. The Floating timing and "dirty" playing... Sooooo good!!

@xaiesque12 Kurt is the most original guitar player since the metheny/scofield/abercrombie years. Saying he's not original only shows that you don't understand the depth of his playing and music. Both he's tone and way of expressing are very very very very original. Maybe you just don't like the way he, and that's fine. But you can´t be serious about the originality issue.

Yes, I've heard Ben. He is also great. Kurt and Ben then. both very original.

I've heard to many guys say that they are huge into originality and new sounds that have the most uncharacterized, unmemorable sounds to take you seriously. Besides check out some of rosenwinkels originals and tell me he doesn't have an original sound.

Not by any means putting down Kurt, but... the most original? I mean, listen to Ben Monder for instance. Well, not for instance, because there's no one like that guy. Check him out.

Terible staff. Without any musical feeling, only bad atempts trying unsuccesfully strumming nosense cords and false Hendrix-on-acid like scales. He must firstwash his ears abd go to school or take some music lessons before climbing to stage, Worse than Scoffield and Sonny Sharock.
@JulianJayme7 жыл бұрын
"take some music lessons" you fucking pleb lol

Your inability to understand what he is playing =/= it is nonsense
@JohnsDough19187 жыл бұрын
Nory Nice sadly for you, there are no "Play like Nory Nice wants people to play" course at schools. Your vague wording of what you see wrong with his playing is telling.

Better to stay silent than opine so profusely about something you don't get, if you weren't just trolling, that is. :) This is absolutely stellar playing, for which you need very substantial musical talent and decades of dedicated, highly structured work. It's really world- class for those in the know.
