Of course it’s car wax/carnuba wax, likely with a drop of essential oil for scent. New cards have a poly-vinyl surface like that of a clear coat upon a car. So- what do people that polish their cars use for the past 80 years? Carnuba wax… It’s much safer than that of a greasy furniture polish! Each collectable genre chooses what they allow for restoration. Furniture disparages against any refinishing. Oil paintings allow such refinishing. You all card nuts need to set your rules and discover a method to ensure they are followed. For now- he’s not doing anything illegal…

Explain the SDS and why is he kit-bashing claiming his product is hand-made? Thanks for giving me an idea for a future video concerning this issue. Rubbing alcohol, dish detergent, denatured ingredients...fraud is fraud.

@ it’s the American way- make a product based upon an existing one and slap your own label upon it- while hiding behind a trade secret. It is handmade from other products that exist. Maybe he buys a 5 gallon bucket of carnuba wax from china or possibly he goes to wal mart and buys generic car wax.. he created a market and I assume he makes money… good for him. Check out what book and poster collectors allow in regard to restoration. Oh, I doubt it’s very poisonous- a mountain out of a mole hill!
