I always had an issue with this move by trying to grab my biceps before rolling to the side. I couldn't execute it fast enough as it took more time to grab the biceps and secure the grip. Now that I know I could do the same thing by grabbing my forearm, I can do this a lot easier and faster. Thank you coach!
