If an individual is sponsoring you, you need their bank statement showing POF, if a company, then a letter of sponsorship should be sufficient. You’ll pay visa fees and VFS processing fees.

At the time I submitted my application, submission of documents was walk in for Ireland. So you just go to VFS anytime and submit your documents/pay for the visa.

If you go to your bank and request it for visa, I believe they should give you, otherwise you can go with the online version.

I don’t think so. As long as you have a valid BRP, you can always enter the UK. Just ensure your visa is multiple entry and they will ask you questions on what you do and at where.
