Mr.Pandey, I can explain what Kushboo failed to explain under your cross questioning. The fear of the ladies are not because the industry will boycott them. First of all you have to understand that the industry had this "adjstment" culture prevalent. So, an actress who didn't want to do adjustment might say NO to one or two or three. Then, the fourth one will confirm her as the lead in his next movie and will do screen test etc and even will give her a token advance. So, she will be over the moon and think that her hardwork and persistence had finally paid off. Then they will come with a film financier who would like to see her in private. Now, she doesn't want to forego her dream which was just going to be realised. So, she will end up in his bed. She still had a choice to say NO. But, would she? If she said no, will she have the confidence to fetch another chance in this industry where the other ladies who sleeps around casually and attain big stardom infront of her own eyes ? This is how the financiers, assistant directors, production managers and the actors and directors create and build dreams in women to exploit and cheat them. I am an industry insider when growing up and I know this for a fact. There used to be a malayalam director called, P.G.Viswambaran. If ladies asked chance in his movies, he openly asks them if they are ready to have sex with him. At least he was frank, just like New College in Chennai who asked me to give them huge sum to get admission for B.com even when my marks were great in year 12 (There should be a commission organized to do report on that practice too. But, would they ?). The truth is, cheats rule this world and the non-cheats are considered weird and losers. Also most of these women also makes fun of the non-womanizers and will even question their masculinity. So, they should probably cope this from the so-called masculine men. Because, "Idharkku thaaney aasai pattai, Baalakumaari?". Weird world !

Where is the link between a work and body? For pandey to remember: More than women who adjusts, it should be the one who asks for adjustments should be ashamed. The Hema committee report is now boomeranging the entire Kerala film industry..a lot of skeletons are coming out of the cupboard. Even though the politicians in toto used to cry about women safety and women empowerment still the women are under pressure irrespective of any particular industry. In the case of manufacturing and software industries the government has given a mandate to them that they should constitute a committee as per vishaka committee norms . Even though The Hema committee report was submitted in 2019 the state government was sleeping over it for the past 5 years, the reason for this is best known to them only. Already print,Tv as well as social media started giving judgment against the actors,producers ,directors and other technicians etc.Thank God they haven't given final judgment against them. The question goes in the minds of some sections of the society why such crying from the so-called affected women only now.The women who made such hue and cry all belong to the incidents that happened a few decades back. Why were they not raised this alarm bell at the time of the incident rather than now? No one has said it was a rape or molest .Its seems its onely a mutual consent between the affected and the accused persons. Maybe because of fear or for their better future they would have kept quiet .Now that they feel they are on the verge of their final stage in the film industry they acquired courage to throw mud at the actors,directors and others. Each coin has two sides .If the so called affected women objected to the so called misbehaviours either they would not have acted in movies or the guys who were trying to misbehave would have mend their ways.By accepting the so called threats or adjustments the said actress has indirectly affected some other girls prospects in the film industry probably they may be more talented than the affected women. By accepting these adjustments they crippled the future of some other talented women who were interested in acting . By succumbing to the pressure these actresses would have earned name in the industry as well as wealth.Now after getting all the benefits they started accusing one and all to tarnish the images of one and all in the film industry.. Yes the culprits have to be punished but at the same time will the so called affected actresses return the wealth they acquired to them The Indian law is so good that an accused person has to prove that he is innocent rather than the person who makes the accusation.
