Unfortunately it's a part of San Diego predominantly filled with brainwashed liberals and people who could care less about their own problems back "home" which translates to a mentality of "who cares not my problem" let someone else deal with it. If everyone stood united and had the same mentality as this business owner the city would be well off. Politicians in the area aren't much help either.
