Hello Hema ji....I have a few things to say here....your recipes are amazing because you explain them nicely and in English. I say so bcz I am not familiar with South Indian languages...but this has not kept me from knowing the southern culinary bcz you mostly choose to speak in English...you have made me discover the unique taste of Southern delicacies which is refreshing. And lastly...though not related to cooking....i feel the dresses you wear are so simple yet so sophisticated....lots of love and appreciation!!

namaskar. good preparation.nd testy one. with use of appropriate whole spices. we can say one of the main imp skill u have for any recipe's test ,like expert cook. i saw birany preparation so many times.only one thing people add a pinch of shijeera" also to enhance the test.no matter.it is u r choise.not new bz all these spices are well known to u also.and are used in making biryani masala powder. only here ifelt disappointed ,when it came out stiky . think probably a cup of water became excess. bz use of tometos and curd also revealed moisture. and the rice was soaked for half an hour before cooking. i want to mention one more factor about stickyness is,we shd wash rice at least one-two times to drain the powdery starchy coatings. till clear water appears. it is necessary bz mostly in rice and pulses some powders are coated before storage to keep protect them from minute bugs illi etc.which may be harmful . above observation is possitive. so pl dont mind and keep it up.
