What a nice bunch of radios. I have a red panapet radio , cool radio. I really like those radios from across the pond. Nice video! Thanks for taking us along. 👏🏻👍❤️📻

Thanks for being a long time subscriber. I spoke to the owner of the Panasonics. The purple panapet ball is allegedly the "grail" since they are few and far between.

Radio wild you’re welcome. I always enjoy watching your videos 👍. I don’t think I have ever seen a purple panapet. It must be rarely found in the wild.

Hi Bob, Nice picture from your new camera! Boy, some of those radios were pricey, but very nice. I liked that you showed the up-close detail with your camera. Regards, Tom

The camera was expensive, but the detail and features made it well worth it!

Great video, Bob! Added three nice 45 Players to my collection. One event I look forward to each year. My teacher, Kevin McDermott got me hooked. Thanks, Kevin!

Very nice radios.... little out of my range lol but still good stuff to look at.

There were many radios that were quite reasonable. There are many vendors there so there is something for everybody and one's price range. Also tubes, knobs, capacitors, etc. Love to see you come out Carl!

No Setchell Carlson radios! Does the "JET" ever come up for auction?
@old64goat5 жыл бұрын
WOW some HIGH priced radios there at the start of the video. I noticed the auctioneer does not say going once, going twice, SOLD to so and so, the ham auctions I go to gives you a chance to jump in with a higher bid before it is sold. Man those MULLARD sold at a premium ebay price...LOL Nice event but you need deep pockets...LOL Thanks for taking me along Bob.

You know, most radio collectors are like you and search for rebuildable projects. Some of those flawless restored radios have their place as well and there are the "deep pocket" folks who can buy them. Audio folks are a good example of "deep pockets" and that's why I put the Mullard tubes from the auction in the video. It got a lot of attention! You CAN find good deals there! Bill please let me know if you may need some tubes for your Philco portable.
