Great advice there Wambui about eating green vegetables to increase iron in the blood. Spinach is number one, and sukuma wiki is a close second. Terere, managu and everything else that’s green. Red meat and beans. Fruits should be eaten in moderation because they have a lot of sugar, that can cause weight gain, which in turn depletes iron in the body.
