Hi Mam My company Terminated Me After Two years, and company giving us three months notice period in this period they told us if you want to work you can work if you don’t want its up to you, and they will pay us three months salary, but sir my Question is that they will give us our annual vacation money or no, because i have 53 days of annual vacation and 7 days of ph, so they will pay the annual vacancy money or only three months notice period company will pay. Please Mam let me know. As they are telling that in this notice period your annual vacation is included, Mam please reply

@@foodwood9362 Kuwait labor law maximum 9 months kehte hein.. 2 years ke baad to aap third year ke leaves ke entitlement pe aa jaayenge... aapke pass 2 options hein, pehla aap every year ke khatam hone pe company ko boliye ki aap 30 days ki salary pay kar dijiye, Doosra, company ko boliye ki as per kuwait labor law, wo apko 9 months baad rok nahi sakte hein... Aap agar legel fight mein jaayenge to job jaa sakti hai aapki...
