You drink tea or papaya or buy an over the counter medicine at the pharmacy called Dulcolax ... it's laxative helps you poop.

We are the same tatchan. I don't usually make sandwich when i have bread, eggs, ham or hotdogs. I eat them 1 by 1 separate. We have a term for that experience when you can't poop or sleep whenever you are in different place. "namamahay" it means your body looks for your bed at home that's why it's difficult to fall asleep. Or Your body looks for your toilet at home. That's what we call "namamahay"

It's kinda funny that you both are worrying for not pooping everyday, and there you ate guava 😅🤭 i hope it won't make it more hard for you to poop because guava may harden stool. it's guava's characteristic to harden stool or poop but it's very rich in vitamin C. 👍good luck then 🤭😅

@@YuruPhilippines yes, i have hemmorhoids last month,, i eat papaya and some medicine for hemmorhoids so i can poop easily, no need to force it, i just push a little then my poop will go all the way without pushing it 😁 now my hemmorhoids is gone but i still dont force my poop just to be safe 😁
