Share ko lang lalo na sa newbies Kapag tinanong kayo ng "what is your motivation to apply in a call center" and "why we should hire you" refrain from answering ng "to enhance my english communication skills ganon or to become fluent in english pati pala yung I want to learn how to speak in english" kasi di school yung aapplyan nyo tsaka red flag yan sa ibang companies. Lalabas din na hindi kayo qualified for the role.

Back in 2018 maraming beses na po akong bumagsak sa mga interviews mostly in 'final interview' part, sabi ko sa sarili ko mukhang hinde talaga sa'kin ang larangan ng BPO. And it truly happened, when pandemic hits in the first quarter of 2020, I got a job position as Wordpress developer with UX design and Python programming(basic-to-advance). Ang masasabi ko, huwag lamang kayo mag-focus sa iisang niche, sumubok din kayo sa ibang larangan na sa bandang huli ay maaari ninyong kahiligan. Sinunod ko lang po tips nyo he confident and show that you are really willing sa work kahit di po masydo 100% english ko po all they want is the attitude kasi matututunan mo din time goes bye yung english hehe. That time kasi nag enrolled ako sa english training online and esl. pero still hindi ako pumasa kasi dami ko iniisip. nawalan ako ng confident sa sarili ko. hoping your channel will help me. good thing ngayon my stable internet na kami at may malaking chance na maka pag studies sa mga interview tips. First time ko lang po makaencounter ng interviewer via call na nagtanong about sa medical condition at kung paano ihahandle ang irate costumer kapag wala si maneger kinabahan agad ako sa tanong niya ang naging sagot ko po ay " i will try to handle it my self patiently, and i will do research to provide a solution to the customer or ask my coworkers about it" tulad nga po ng sabi niyo hindi ako masyadong prepared eh yung last na review ko ng question and answer 3 months ago na 😅.. sabi po ni Genpact i-schedule daw ako for assesment after daw ng assesment ang final interview. pero wala naman po akong natanggap na mail or message galing sakanila... minsan sa sobrang kaba nakaka mental block magaling naman po ko sa english kapag written pero when it comes to verbal ang hirap parang ang tagal magprocess ng utak ko😆😅 Big thanks to Kuya Reneboy for sharing tips 👊

Ang alam ko kapag nag aaral ka hindi ka matatanggap sa call center kasi alam nila hindi kakayanin pagsabayin at igigive up mo ang call center.kakatapos ko lang ng interview.pagkatanong kung nag aaral tas ang sagot oo nagsorry n agd interviewer bagsak na agad.

Katatapos kolang ka hapon sa alorica and I failed to my initial interview. Sabi nung nag interview dahil daw nakaka stutter ako kasi Kuya kinakabahan talaga ako. Kaya try po ako ulit pero manonood muna ako ng mga tips niyo.

Gustong gusto ko mahired sa call center. Para madagdagan ang confidence ko.and to improved my skills. Nung tinanong ako sa initial interview do you have plans going abroad. Sabi ko yes but maybe 5 years from now. Tapos nag follow-up sya ng 3-5 years from now how do you see your self. Napaisip ako na parang may mali akp sinabi 😂😂😂 tapos sinagot ko ng ( if ever i get the chance to get hired here, i see myself still working here as long as the company needs my service) boom ayun nakalusot 🤣🤣🤣🤣
