I also try to play for the team a lot, but climbing is fun and adds the variety WoT has been struggling for years to add. It s fun. You can not do it if you don't want to. Also, most of the heavies if not more than that can't even do that climb. This one KV-2 player must have mastered climbing, which takes quite some time to. Of course, you can spend 15 minutes to learn one, but to master you need more than that. I learned most of those climbs to do with UDES, and its also VERY situational, for example South Spawn Mines. Pretty hard to take the first jump, and keeping in mind that most of the time there will be shitass lights spotting you from the hill, you still need 1 min and a half to get into position. But they can also spot you, or snapshot and you are most likely fucked, as the most tanks that can get up there have high speeds and low armour. UDES can climb. But the Tier 9 Strv can't quite do that easy, as you need speed in order to get through the rocks. At all, it's fun, can win games, but its also hard to learn and easily counter-able when you are climbing.

Boosting with KV-2 is just plain stupid, if thats what the new physics were supposed to be used for its just sad.

No it wasn't what it was meant for, it's taking advantage of a quirk in the physics in that the traction of the tank increases while it is turning. This was added into the game to prevent tanks from skidding out when making turns at high speeds but it can be abused to help tanks get up hills by rapidly steering left and right, thereby letting the tank continuously be in a state of turning, which increases the traction of the tanks and allows them to make it up slopes they normally otherwise can't get up.
