I agree. I also like a more natural finish now. Heavy coverage ages me considerably. I'm oily, so I have to be careful choosing something that looks natural without being greasy after 2 hours.

Had to give up Matte foundation in my 40s-my 30 yr old daughter who has ultra dry skin has the foundation and really loves it-(she likes it with the Ct flawless filter underneath)

Sorry I missed this LIVE - But maybe I'm not - I get to watch ALL the ads by watching this "catch up" vid 😉😊 I think there's something wrong with my skin!! I NEVER get "breakthrough" oils after wearing a foundation for a few hours or all day. Where are my oils? I much prefer lightweight luminous/skin like foundations, this would look horrendous on my dry skin. I think those with a combination/oily skin would love it. Lots of love to you 🌸⭐🌸⭐🌸

Quick question.....which is your MOST favorite tinted moisturizer for DRY skin? I'm getting like you, in that I'm finding foundations to look to dry on my skin (at 59). Would love your reccomendations.....I'd like to switch over to some hydrating tinted moisturizers. Thank you!!!

This is wild! Mine is SOOO full coverage it looks like a mask. I had to mix a few drops of oil and a pump of moisturizer into it LOL! Yours looks WAY better than mine does LOL. Mine literally looks like shape tape all over the face 😱

Hi Elle! I think I’m just a light coverage, tinted moisturizer type girl now too! Everything else looks too dry on me after a few hours of wear. Powders are not my friend these days either. 😢 I’d love to hear your favorites for light coverage/tinted moisturizers that you can set liiightly with powder. Hugs!! ❤❤

On my way to 60 - - I know, can you believe? I go for tinted moisturizers or glowy tinted sunblock (Undefined Beauty R&R Sun Serum or Saie) on top of sunblock that has dried down (as best as it will). I tried the balm foundation of this and even with dry skin, it did not look good on my skin. After many reviews, and yours, I think this is not a foundation I would buy. Heck, I'm even a sunblock and dewy concealer over this type of foundation.....lol. Looking good Elle! I hope you and the family are all well.

I won't forego my skincare, even if it shrinks my face like Saran Wrap. I have waited hours after my skincare to use it, and it doesn't give you the same result. It works great on clean, dry skin. My skincare is more important.

@@lindakoberna3465 That is too bad, I do not use it every day but when I do use it, I have applied over my skin care and it has worked beautifully, leaves me with the very best finish I have had to date. That being said I am 70 years old and just started wearing foundation and makeup in general the past year and a half. I am enjoying learning as I go.
