That's why you refuse to talk to cops and ask for a lawyer. This guy told the cops his whereabouts for various timelines and then the cops lied and moved the molestation dates over to times and dates correlating to his availability. If he had kept quit, then cops would have had to settle in on a specific accusation and date and then the accused would just show up to court with alibis and receipts and video surveillance to prove it wasn't him.

Especially when made aware that this dude is innocent. Why is he taking notes? The interview is being recorded, he should be present. I couldn’t watch the whole thing, the poor guy is trying to explain his situation, and has to wait seconds to explain further. Glad he’s free, strong spirit 💪
@davidanderson18895 жыл бұрын
This is what happens when you have a justice system where guilt or innocence are irrelevant because no one is terribly interested in solving cases and all revolves around closing them instead. With police forces being terribly overworked and only have a short amount of time to spend on each case before having to move on to the next since no politicians wants to approve more money to hire more detectives, there is always pressure on those officers to close cases whether they have the right guy or not. Careers depend on it, prosecutors and district attorney's reelections depend on this......... so when a possible suspect comes up that somewhat fits the bill, he/she is booked, end of story. As far as the courts and trials go, well a jury is as impressionable as the audience at a theater and whoever comes up with the better and more convincing story wins and evidence is really secondary. Here in Texas there are a number of people on death row awaiting execution who were convicted on purely circumstantial evidence, a death sentences imposed when prosecutors had zero physical evidence, but the accused happened to not have a solid alibi and he happened to fit the bill. I'm not saying that everyone behind bars is innocent, but this sort of stuff happens a lot

This reporter needs to be fired. He is clueless on how to conduct this interview.

I'm reading comments and listening to him spesk but as of now(half way thru interview)I still don't know what he's been locked up for??
@jarrodheglar16664 жыл бұрын
That's exactly what I was wondering. Terrible interview. Why was there not an opening monologue to tell what he's been accused of?
@MsTee74754 жыл бұрын
Wow.... I woulda thought this "interviewer" was a practical joke sent in on me in prison...For real!!! Edit:: super glad he was released. On the other hand, I had to quit watching because i feel like I'm watching someone that's taking a test in high school, or elementary 🤦🏼♀️ worst interviewer Ive ever seen..

This interview just showed up on my newsfeed. So I clicked on it. Could someone fill me in on what happened? Or copy, and paste the link? So I could see. Thank you!

Limited time but the reporter was not prepared and not in the interview rather writing answers or questions. You can view the video and write down what you need...

You can tell hes innocent by how uncomfortable he is talking about it. His neck is red his face is red totally uncomfortable.
