Mine isn’t shooting, I don’t know why I’ve tried an 11.1 battery and a 7.4 but I can’t get it to shoot one bullet. I don’t know if it’s jammed but I need help

If the connectors are stock or you didn't remove the fuse from the battery connector, check the fuse on the battery connector as it may have blown.
