Love your videos, Kevin. You are what got me into Telephones and the world of Cisco Call Manager. Someday I would love to see a video about Cisco Cube on the CSR 1000V (Unified Border Element) and how to configure it with any PSTN provider I have been trying to find videos that are easy to understand. But all of them do not jive with me. Thanks!

So, at 16:50, I paused the video, I opened two tabs of a tone generator webpage, and made my own dial tone. I listened, in amazement, for over a minute, with a co-worker over my shoulder, to a dial tone...

I currently work as a telecommunications technician for a company and just passed my CCNA. CLCOR 350-801 is next and I already have the book. A lot of material in this video was review for me, but there was still lots of little bits of knowledge. Really looking forward to watching your other videos in the series. You're very well articulated and are great at explaining things simply, while also providing answers that can be further extrapolated on. No surprise given your experience! Thanks for your work! Being able to find free content of this quality is simply amazing.

Hello Kevin, Always love your vids :D I had a question - considering you teach both voice and networking - on which path would you guide a newbie towards? Voice is more niche but is it worth sticking with it in the long run? Thanks
@matthewege47412 жыл бұрын
I recommend starting with networking first, and then diving into collaboration. There are a lot of components of Collaboration that require a solid networking knowledge. And as always, knowledge is power.
