@david and @jim my aha moment was "being careful when you say yes to others you're not saying no to yourself" I do that all the time! And the other take away was assessing everything against my values and how it makes me feel. Thank you, I needed this.

When you have to take a big decision in your life, you won't turn to other's opinions because if you have strong values, they will guide you to take the best decision.

My big aha is values. I always try to please others because I think its right but it makes it hard to make decisions for myself sometimes because my values are not always at tge forefront of my dexision making I also take forever or procrastinate on some decisions, simply vecause I dont want to make tge wrong one, it makes more sense now tyat 9f I had a concrete understanding of what my true values are then i should be able to make neural networks and pathways in my mind that ultimately help me to make decisions way quicker and way more confidently thanks.

So, instead of just suppressing your emotions just use them as fuel for yourself.

This dude is not self-realized. He feels guilty when he doesn't give his money to homeless people. He has yet to overcome his subconscious programming. Most likely he was told that money is the root of all evil.
