In this episode, I’ll be explaining how this challenge will help you to boost your focus throughout the day.
The Kwik Challenge is for people who want to create positive change in their lives-to take the knowledge and turn it into power. Change doesn’t have to be difficult. All habit change starts with simple tiny steps, and before you know it you’ll be heading toward a new destination-the little things will add up to something much bigger!
By doing this challenge, you will:
* Stimulate brain-derived neurotrophic factors
* Make new brain connections
* Have better time management
* Increase your confidence-competence loop
* And more!

What I learnt from this video : - 1. Competent-confidence. The more competent you become, the more confident you will feel. 2. Little by little, a little becomes a lot. 3. There's no failure. There's only feedback.

There are a few factors in concentrating. One resource I found which successfully combines these is the wilfs blueprint system (check it out on google) without a doubt the no.1 resource i've seen. Check out all the awesome info .

Muchas gracias!!

This is so crazy I stumbled across this video today... This morning as I was getting ready for work I decided to put on flats but I also grabbed a pair of socks and didn’t know why...anywho I just put them in my purse like okay whatever... For the past couple of days I’ve been mediating and watching a bunch of Jim’s videos and Eric Ho as well. They are both really motivating! So I’m scrolling through and I’m like yea I want to try to do any and everything that will boost my brain power and help me become in control of and build my cognitive strength just to better myself overall! So here I am and I stumble across this video and I was like WAIT! I have a pair of socks in my purse so I instantly took them out to practice while sitting here at my work desk! I literally had to take a moment to thank my intuition this morning and was just like WOW! I had no idea why I had the socks until now....it literally just showed me I’m on the right path and made me be so grateful for choosing this path of life and investing in the things I’ve been investing in (Myself)❤️ Corny but I had to share!! Even if no one reads...THANK U UNIVERSE🥰

Your story is such a The 5 Minute Rule by Mel Robbins moment. You should read/listen to her book as it talks about your intuition/instincts and following them. The principle is you have an instinct and you basically have 5 seconds before your brain starts trying to talk you out of following through with that instinct. Great comment!

I discovered that orientation (map, compass) in forests /mauntains with tree roots and stones on the paths, helped my focus and konsentration. Now Its easier to not drift away daydreaming while I play minecraft.🙂 orientated two times this week whith all of my classmates, but the brain takes energy so if should continue i problaby have to eat more beacuse i have felt tired almost the hole day. Lol drifting away while just typing this.

@@shaishkrishnachaturvedi8661 Hey, sorry for the late reply. I didn't get the reply. There are some ways to get to the path of becoming like Albert Einstein: 1. Eat healthy (Even adding a fruit or vegetable a day will help). 2. Get enough sleep. Sleep helps in memorization and there are other health benefits. 3. Read every day. 4. Simulate your brain by doing something you love. Einstein loved to play the piano, but you can do other activities that require your brain to engage in it. 5. Be patient. It takes time to become someone as good as Einstein. It might take years, but 6. Work hard every day. Going back to #5, it takes time to become smart, but if you work hard every day, 7 days a week, something has to come out of that. 7. Most important: Learn from successful people like Einstein and see what he does every day and try to do that.
