In his own ways since Tekken3 Hwoarang has always been over powered. Now they've watered Hwoarang down a lot in 7 but kwiss and all the Hwoarang mains can still show us that his overall potential as a character is still there

No you're not alone .Also I think TMM humbly admits his reaction time is average. But people at his level probably break by anticipation rather than reaction. Eg high level players usually use command throws. Lower rank use regular ones
